We only accept payments through eCrater’s supported methods.

3. Shipping

Orders are shipped within the stated handling time.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or unforeseen events.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (buyer covers return shipping).

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected.
